Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable scripts.

Mentor junior ETL testers and support team capability development.

Prepare reports and dashboards to track testing progress, defects, and risks.

Communicate test results, risks, and improvements to stakeholders.

Continuously improve ETL testing frameworks and automation processes.
