About Us:u202FAlight is a leading company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled ETL QA professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
Alight is seeking a skilled and passionate experienced ETL QA professional to ensure the quality and integrity of our data integration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (both on-premises and online versions), back-end operations, Informatica, SQL, and .NET functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute and maintain test plans to validate the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the ETL process.
Ensuring date is extracted correctly from source systems, transformed according to business rules, and loaded seamlessly into target databases.
Working closely with data engineers and developers to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Validate data transformations, data quality, and data integrity across various stages of ETL.
Perform back-end testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Utilize Informatica for data integration and transformation tasks.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data.
Test and validate .NET functionalities related to ETL processes.
Document and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Qualifications:
Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ Years of overall experience and 3+ years of proven experience as an ETL QA, optimally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and online).
2+ Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Strong knowledge of back-end operations, Informatica Power Center or equivalent ETL tool, SQL, and .NET functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
