Job Description

5+ years of strong ETL Testing / ETL QA experience.
Good understanding of Amazon Glue, Lakehouse and AWS services.
Strong understanding of Data Models and ability to validate data.
Experience validating Trade Processing, Cash Flows and Holdings Flow.
Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with QA and non-QA teams.
Strong understanding of ETL testing processes and data validation.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Eagle Product and Starburst.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the TIAA office.
Shortlisted candidates need to be routed through the client-approved vendor.
