Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL Pentaho Developers
  • Candidates having an exposure to the latest version like 7/8 are preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Good experience in Pentaho BI Suite(Pentaho Data Integration Designer / Kettle, Pentaho Report Designer, Pentaho Design Studio, Pentaho Enterprise Console, Pentaho BI * * Server, Pentaho Metadata, Pentaho Analysis View, Pentaho Analyser & Mondrian).
  • Experience in performing Data Masking/Protection using Pentaho Data Integration.
  • Experience in creating ETL pipeline including extraction, transformation, merging, filtering, joining, cleansing, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting using Pentaho
  • Comfortable in working within RDBMS systems, e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle.
  • Analytical with good problem- solving skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Lead all payment screening initiatives as the technical person
  • Develop and implement strategies for false positive reduction
  • *Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Oversee tuning operations for payment screening systems
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide expert guidance on sanctions compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Drive innovation in payment screening methodologies
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences skills
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in payment screening
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions
  • Background in financial services technology implementation
  • Product ownership certification or equivalent experience
