Job Summary
We are looking for a strong ETL Lead with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), and advanced SQL development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade ETL pipelines, optimizing complex SQL/stored procedures, and leading large-scale data integration initiatives.
Experience in MDM and Python scripting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise ETL pipelines using Informatica IDMC
- Implement and manage metadata management and governance using CDGC
- Develop and optimize highly complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts
- Lead data integration initiatives involving multiple source and target systems
- Work closely with business and architecture teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions
- Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization for large-volume workloads
- Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and compliance standards
- Mentor junior ETL developers and conduct code/design reviews
- Participate in production support and issue resolution activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Informatica IDMC

- Advanced SQL expertise
- Expertise in complex Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and query optimization
- Strong understanding of ETL architecture and data integration patterns
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Data warehousing, data vault, data lake and Lakehouse concepts
- Strong knowledge of cloud hypervisors like AWS and Azure.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
