JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Software Engineer II, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
- Associate will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable ETL workflows using Informatica, SSIS, and Python for batch and near–real-time integrations.
- Develop and optimize Oracle and T-SQL database objects, ensuring performance, data integrity, and transformation accuracy.
- Build and maintain SSRS reporting and data delivery solutions with validated, timely outputs.
- Implement Python-based automation for monitoring, validation, and orchestration of data pipelines.
- Deploy ETL solutions within cloud environments, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Provide production support and collaboration for development and Lights On teams, including incident resolution and performance tuning.
QUALIFICATION
- Must have US HealthCare Domain knowledge.
- Bachelor/Master degree in computer science or a related field
- PSM/CSM/SAFe Agile Certifications (Preferred)
Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in strong ETL Informatica and SSIS, PL/SQL.
Skills And Competencies
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Digital.ai, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Enterprise).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Splunk).
- Strong scripting skills in Python.
- Experience with Git-based version control and DevSecOps tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx One, Wiz).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability across data and infrastructure layers.
- Clear communication and effective cross-team collaboration.
- Automation-focused mindset with emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience operating within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks.
