About The Job
As an Informatica Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and SQL. You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable ETL processes, ensure data quality, and support critical business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL development, data transformation, performance optimization, and database technologies, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions
- Develop mappings, mapplets, workflows, and reusable ETL components
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities from multiple source systems
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data processing issues
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Optimize ETL performance and implement best practices for efficient data processing
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical data solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
Requirements
- 4.5+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL design, development, and support
- Expertise in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience in developing complex mappings, workflows, and transformations
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good To Have
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern ETL tools
- Knowledge of Unix/Shell scripting
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
