Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using industry-standard tools to support data integration and warehousing initiatives.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into optimized ETL workflows.
- Monitor ETL execution and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and accurate data loads.
- Implement data validation, cleaning, and transformation techniques to ensure high data quality.
- Document ETL processes and develop best practices for data management.
- Participate in system integration testing and assist in deployment activities in an on-site environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, or Talend
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills
- Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and architecture
- Knowledge of data modelling and data integration techniques
- Experience working on on-site projects in India
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of cloud-based data tools and platforms
- Experience in financial or healthcare data projects
- Certification in ETL or Data Management tools
