Etl Datastage Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and data mapping documents into technical designs.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL code following best practices and standards.
• Create and execute unit test plans; support regression and system testing efforts.
• Debug and resolve issues identified during testing or production.
• Communicate project status, issues, and blockers to the project team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving opportunities for optimization.
• Lead a team of developers within assigned projects, providing guidance and oversight.
• Define future state roadmaps for data warehouse applications and cloud migration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices, risk management, and identity & access management standards.
