Role details:
- Title / Designation: eTime Analyst
- Location: Banglore, India.
Role & responsibilities:
- Support key production time systems including Global ADP Enterprise eTime, ADP Workforce Manager (WFM), and Global Secure File Movement (MFT)
- Support application architecture including user interface (eTime), security, middleware, infrastructure, and connectivity/automation with payroll and HR systems
- Participate in all phases of design, upgrades/patches (eTime upgrade/migration to Workforce Manager), specification design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of reporting and customizations
- Participate in solution architecture design reviews following enterprise-wide application design standards
- Design and define technical requirements for ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and Workday systems based on functional requirements
- Understand Workday HCM, ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and ADP eTime data requirements for integrations
- Support data transfer and data load requirements for payroll and time systems
- Assist in the design of Workday integrations and reporting for time projects and troubleshoot Workday technical integration issues.
- Support global Business Unit customers during project deployments, collaborate with vendors and business partners to address performance issues, write technical specifications, and perform data analytics and reporting
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ADP Workforce Management and ADP eTime with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo integrations, including experience using ADP GlobalView G2/SSL tools and ADP PECI Connector integrations
- At least 1 year of experience in Workday integrations and reporting with good knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Integrations, and Reporting
- Experience with large projects/implementations in a project-managed environment, including structured meetings, deliverables, and strong knowledge of the project life cycle
- Proven ability to work under pressure with strong time management, self-motivation, adaptability, attention to detail, and strategic thinking skills
- BE or BTech degree in a technical program
- Hands-on experience in ADP eTime and ADP Workforce Management products
- Past payroll experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo products
