This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:
- Support compliance activities related to clinical operations and initiatives
- Provide compliance support to additional global business functions, such as Global Real Estate and Global Business Services
- Develop and deliver guidance and training on key risk areas, including lobbying, marketing activities, referral sources, and governmental affairs
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented advice on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders
- Participate in regional and global meetings, sharing insights and delivering compliance briefings
- Lead and coordinate projects involving the development of compliance materials in collaboration with global compliance teams
- Support organizational and administrative compliance tasks, including due diligence processes, digital tools, and internal systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of compliance processes and frameworks
Our requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance; healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance principles, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, ideally within healthcare
- High level of risk awareness combined with sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
