We are seeking an experienced Ethical Hacker / Red Team Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in penetration testing and ethical hacking, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across our systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct penetration testing on various systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze and simulate cyber-attacks to evaluate the security posture of the organization.
  • Develop and implement security assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT security team to remediate identified vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies to ensure robust security practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and common vulnerabilities.
  • Proficiency in using penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark.
  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or similar are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical findings.
