We are looking for an experienced Ethernet Stack Developer with strong expertise in Automotive Ethernet, TCP/IP, C/C++, AVB, and Ethernet protocols. The role involves developing and optimizing Ethernet stack solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical/software solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement software using Object-Oriented principles.
- Configure and optimize the IP/TCP-IP stack for performance and reliability.
- Develop and configure Layer 2 Ethernet Switch functionality.
- Analyze timing requirements and optimize Ethernet stack startup and configuration.
- Configure and validate AVB software stacks against relevant guidelines.
- Follow ASPICE, SAFe Agile, and software quality processes.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in C++ with good knowledge of C.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network stack behavior.
- Experience with multi-threading and synchronization.
- Hands-on experience in Automotive Ethernet.
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.3 / IEEE 802.3ab.
- Experience configuring and validating AVB Stack.
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.1AS.
- Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, and network utilities.
- Experience with QNX and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to Enterprise Architect (EA) or similar design/architecture tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAFe / Agile development methodologies.
- Automotive domain experience is highly preferred.
