Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an ETABS Trainer. The ETABS Trainer will design and deliver online classes, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions focused on structural analysis and design using ETABS. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating practical exercises and projects, and demonstrating real-world applications aligned with industry standards. The trainer will provide guidance and feedback to learners, evaluate their performance through assignments or assessments, and support Protrainy's INDUSTRY READY initiatives. The role may also involve collaborating with the content team to update curricula, record training modules, and contribute to improving the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ETABS, including modeling, analysis, and design of concrete and steel structures.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering fundamentals, building codes, and practical design workflows.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops, preferably in civil or structural engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and creating digital training content.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Industry experience in structural design or analysis projects using ETABS is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
