A well-established company in the aviation industry is currently seeking a HR Director to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role is responsible for establishing and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for a new joint venture, including developing HR policies, systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support business operations. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning, driving recruitment for technical and operational roles while overseeing onboarding and employee integration. Manage HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local employment legislation and industry regulations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations. Demonstrated experience in setting up HR functions, developing policies and processes, supporting business start-ups, and driving workforce ramp-up initiatives is essential. The successful candidate should possess a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to build scalable HR practices while collaborating effectively in a multinational and cross-cultural environment.
