Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Finance Transformation team, specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role will involve supporting finance transformation projects, enhancing financial processes, and optimizing enterprise performance through Oracle EPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Implementation & Support:
- Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM applications including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (PBCS/EPBCS), and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
- Develop and configure EPM modules to meet business requirements.
- Manage EPM applications, including security configurations, data integrations, and reporting structures.
2. ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Management:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ARCS for automated account reconciliations.
- Design and manage reconciliation templates, matching rules, and workflow configurations.
- Ensure data integrity and control compliance within ARCS.
3. Finance Transformation & Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps in current finance processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial close, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance transformation initiatives.
4. Data Integration & Reporting:
- Develop data integration interfaces between Oracle EPM/ARCS and ERP systems like Oracle Cloud, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Create financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Training:
- Engage with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM and ARCS functionalities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- Certifications: Oracle EPM or ARCS certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS) and ARCS implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation processes, and reporting.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, ARCS, and data integration tools.
- Experience with SQL, Essbase, Smart View, and Oracle Data Management Cloud is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
