We are currently hiring multiple Estimators (L1–L3) to support a fast-growing Australian construction services business delivering projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
This is an opportunity to work on real Australian projects while developing globally relevant construction, estimating, and project coordination skills.
Level 1 Estimator (Estimator I)
Role Description
Support Australian estimating teams through quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, drawing reviews, and project coordination under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings and tender documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and Excel
- Assist with BOQ preparation and scope reviews
- Maintain project records and workflow updates
- Follow internal QA and delivery standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Interest in construction and estimating
- Construction/Civil/Architecture background preferred
Level 2 Estimator (Estimator II)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage take-offs and BOQ preparation
- Review tender scope and project requirements
- Handle revisions and addendums
- Coordinate with QA and delivery teams
- Support junior estimator development
Ideal Candidate
- Prior estimating experience preferred
- Strong Bluebeam and Excel skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
- Good understanding of construction drawings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating, including preparing detailed and accurate estimates for various project stages
- Experience with Quantity Take-offs and strong analytical abilities to ensure precise material and cost evaluations
- Skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to maintain project alignment and financial accuracy
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, estimating software, and local regulations is highly beneficial
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
