Estimation & Tendering (Highways)
Job Description
- Identification and searching of tenders and further discussions with the Management.
- Pre- tender site visits to assess site conditions and to collect necessary data for rate analysis and quantity calculation.
- Rate analysis and Estimation to arrive at Construction cost of the Project.
- Analysis of Bill of Quantities given by DPR Consultants.
- Quantity surveying and estimation of all components of Construction works.
- Rate analysis
- Responsible for identification of JV Partner and finalising MOU under guidance of the Management.
- Diligent check of rate & items of proposals.
- Preparation & Submission of technical & financial bids.
- must be maintained diligently.
- Correspondences with Clients.
Job Specification
- Person should be a Civil engineering graduate.
- Knowledge of tendering portals.
- Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
- Possess leadership skills
- Should have effective communication: verbal & written.
