Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Chennai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), carrying out project estimation, and conducting research related to project costs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing BOQs and project estimation
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Strong negotiation and research skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the construction or facade industry is a plus
