Remote Work Estimation Engineer ( Should Based in India )

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Doha, Qatar. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates for fire and safety, electro-mechanical, and plumbing projects. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, conducting comprehensive research, liaising with suppliers and contractors for quotations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role also involves effective negotiation with stakeholders to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQ and project estimation
• Strong background in Civil Engineering and related technical expertise
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Experience in fire and safety or electro-mechanical industries is an advantage
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for estimation and project planning
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take ownership of tasks
