Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed project estimations and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems in line with project drawings and specifications.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs for MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting in line with project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, evaluate quotes, and ensure best-value procurement.
• Support the procurement team in vendor finalization, PO preparation, and material delivery planning.
• Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and scope changes, recommending corrective actions where required.
• Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
• Ensure all procured materials meet industry standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain proper documentation, cost reports, and procurement records.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on MEP materials, pricing trends, and alternative solutions.
