Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Kozhikode. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing project cost estimation, and conducting research to optimize costs. The role also includes collaborating with different teams to assess project requirements, evaluating materials, and negotiating with suppliers, discussions with clients with industry standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Skills in Negotiation and managing supplier relationships
- Excellent Research skills for analyzing market trends, materials, and costs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Ability to work on-site and effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Good communication skill in English & Malayalam
