Job Summary
Lifewall is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates by evaluating labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements. The role involves preparing BOQs, cost estimates, Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO), while ensuring precise cost planning to support smooth project execution and successful outdoor space transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Compute overall project costs by analyzing labor, material, equipment, and time requirements.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Read, interpret, and analyze working drawings (WD) and project specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis and update material costs based on market trends and vendor quotations.
- Review and validate costing accuracy to ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of estimates in accordance with project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide clear cost breakdowns and necessary clarifications.
- Provide detailed briefings to relevant departments and external stakeholders when required.
- Support project teams with cost-related inputs during execution phases to maintain financial control.
