Estimation Engineer(KSA)

Job Description:

Pre-Sales

• Analyze Tender documents / RFQ's to identify the below.
• a. Technical details in Tender / RFQ's.
• b. Identifying the relevant Industrial Standards like BS / ASTM
• c. Capability of sourcing / manufacturing locations among various countries.
• d. Tentative RM Requirement list.
• Prepare Cost Estimation and bidding documents, as below.
• Prepare a Drawing in AutoCAD OR guide the draftsman to do so.
• Prepare a Bill of Quantity basis the drawing
• Prepare a Bill of Material for the RFQ.
• Prepare a Cost Estimate for the RFQ after consulting SCM for Raw Material /
• Production Lead time / Logistics costs / Validity.
• Prepare a Technical Datasheet for the RFQ
• Prepare a Quotation with relevant Customer details.
• Prepare the entire Proposal documents.

3.Post Sales

• On winning a project, gather the below, before raising the Job order to the factory.
• Preparing the Profit Summary of the Project
• Checking the Shop Drawing before sending to plant.
• Helping the Sales Support team to release the Work Order.
• Resolving the queries raised from the plant
