Estimation Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and creating detailed bid proposals. Additional daily tasks include evaluating project blueprints, collaborating with teams to gather data for estimating purposes, and supporting procurement by forecasting material, labor, and resource needs. They will ensure compliance with industry standards while contributing to timeline and budget accuracy.

• Proficiency in Estimation, Costing, and Budgeting techniques
• Knowledge of project proposals, blueprint analysis, and quantitative analysis
• Proven skills in Electrical Engineering and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems)
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other estimation tools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in managing electrical projects or relevant field expertise is a plus
