Job description: Estimation Engineer

Work from home

Construction: 10 years (Required)

Quantity Surveyor : 5 years (Required)

This role is for course content creation and online teaching—not project-site work.

Specialisation & Required Experience : At least 10 years of construction industry experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for tender estimates, quantity take-offs, rate build-ups, labour and equipment productivity, vendor/subcontractor quotations, preliminaries and overheads. Experience preparing complete estimates and documenting assumptions, exclusions and pricing risks is essential.

You should be able to teach through sample tender documents, drawings and Excel-based cost calculations.

• Reliable delivery against an agreed monthly work plan.
• Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

Working Arrangement

• Remote, part-time; flexible preparation hours and scheduled live sessions.
• Fixed monthly compensation based on experience, time commitment and deliverables.
• Reports directly to the Founder.
