Job Role - Estimation Engineer

Job Location - Chennai

1. Proficient in Electrical Designing, Engineering, and Estimation of all kinds of

LV Panels.

2. Well-versed in costing and tendering of LV Switchgear Panels, MCCs, VFDs,

Soft Starters, Power Factor Correction Panels, LCPs, SMDBs, DBs, and other

allied switchgear products.

3. Fully aware of IEC standards for LV Switchgear/Control gear and

components, as well as knowledge about power system protection and

relaying.

4. Candidates with experience in reputed Switchgear companies will be

preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Review requirements in specification/project drawings received from

customers.

2. Cost estimation and offer preparation of LV Switchgear Panels, MCCs, VFD

Panels, Soft Starters, Power Factor Correction Panels, LCPs, SMDBs, DBs, and

other allied switchgear products according to client RFQs, technical

specifications, SLDs, BOQs.

3. Support the Sales team in responding to customer RFQs and post-sales

technical queries.

4. Preparation of Technical Submittals.

5. Coordinate with customers and consultants for drawing approvals.

6. Maintain up-to-date pricing of required components.

7. Interact with suppliers and principals to get the best technical solutions and

prices.

8. Coordinate with Suppliers, Clients, Sales, Production, and Design teams.
