Estimation and Contract manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation and Contract Manager, based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, tendering processes, and evaluating contracts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing bids, negotiating with contractors/suppliers, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The role also requires collaboration with various stakeholders to oversee contract execution and cost control.

• Expertise in cost estimation and preparation of detailed project budgets
• Proficiency in contract evaluation, tendering processes, and negotiations
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating bids and managing cost control
• Working experience with project management tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for construction contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction industry is preferred
