Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation and Billing Engineer located in Pune. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, managing billing systems, and conducting quantity surveying activities. The Estimation and Billing Engineer will also utilize their analytical skills to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy in project execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and managing BOQ and Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in Rate Analysis and thorough understanding of Billing Systems
• Strong Analytical Skills to ensure cost control and precision in estimations
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the real estate sector is a must
