Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and interior construction drawings.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for interior construction projects based in New York City.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and cost proposals based on quantity take-offs.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical clarifications.
• Prepare construction budgets and bid packages.
• Issue RFIs (Request for Information) to clients for clarification of drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and send ITBs (Invitations to Bid) to subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during the bidding stage.
• Learn and adapt to new estimation methods, tools, and software as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 812 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or interior construction projects.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Location: Arekere, Bengaluru

Shift Timing: 4:30 PM 1:00 AM

Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (Saturday & Sunday off)
