Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager based in Hisar. The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the school's property and facilities. Daily tasks include managing estate staff, ensuring the upkeep of the buildings and grounds, budgeting for facility expenses, liaise with lical authorities and addressing any property and maintenance related issues. Additionally, the role involves interacting with various stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and ensure that the school's infrastructure supports its educational mission.

Qualifications

• Skills in Estate Management and Property Management
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Budgeting
• Customer Service skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Managing logistics for events and functions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a residential school is a must
• Degree in civil engineering will be an added advantage
