Estate Director temp min 4 months

Professional and experienced Estate Director required on a temporary basis at a large private residential luxury residential development in Canary Wharf. This role would require a minimum commitment of 4 months. As the Estate Director you would be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all applicable residential laws, legislation and obligations, have a thorough understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 legislation, take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned Estate, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the standards expected, provide management and leadership oversight across all estate functions, monitor the consistent application of operational policies and procedures, and take prompt and appropriate action to resolve service issues to the satisfaction of residents and the client. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety Management in Leisure and mixed-use facilities, a strong track record of working collaboratively, diplomatically and professionally with colleagues, residents, contractors and stakeholders, strong Leadership skills that have been developed in a management environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience of leading both in house and externally contracted services in a complex multi-site environment, and the ability to execute and implement strategic and tactical plans using initiative. MTPI / RICS, and IOSH qualifications preferred.
