ESS Support- Engagement, CRM & Invoicing Support

Position Summary:

The Business Enablement Operations team with GDS Strategy Execution & Operations supports other EY regions globally in Engagements, CRM, payables and purchasing functionalities. The current open position is in Engagement Administration support team and the team members are required to support engagements throughout their lifecycle: accurately set up new engagements and communicate new codes within agreed timelines, set up billing information and billing schedules for future billing, process amendments accurately and timely prepare invoices in accordance with agreed billing process until closing of engagements. This includes updating of engagement budget/s as needed. The members are also responsible in creating entries and fulfil necessary updates in Interaction (CRM). The successful candidates are expected to create efficiencies with consolidated processing and to provide consistent responses & processing based on firm policies and best practices.

Job Specification:

• Receive and acknowledge requests assigned to the team member
• Follow firm's guidelines and processes
• Process invoices, monitoring the health of every engagement
• Track request process in the workflow management tool as well as other trackers maintained by the team
• Provide updates to requestors and reply to their queries in a timely manner
• Provide coverage by working in shifts on a rotation basis
• Handle request volumes and maintain high quality service
• Work closely with EY Regional Business Managers, Location Managers, Client serving people, Mercury business advisors, On-shore team and Executive assistants
• Provide coverage & support to the team members to meet set timelines and in managing key deliverables

• The role requires someone who demonstrates a good analytical skills and able to manage number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

• Able to deliver on targeted deadlines and work outside of normal hours when required
• Comfortable working on a number of activities concurrently
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly

• Professional communicator both in verbal and written business correspondence
• Quality management & great attention to details is a must
• Self starter, who can manage with minimal supervision
• Comfortable in interact with rank in file to senior management level
• Exceptionally organized and has good administration skills

Work Experience and qualifications for off shore candidates:

• BCom, BBA Graduates
• 1-4 Years work experience in finance processes or equivalent
• Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
