Job Description

Managing domain level resource plans and forecasting future resource requirements
Owning and managing risks, issues, and dependencies at domain level
Providing effective communication channels for knowledge transfer
Developing and maintaining the roadmap for energy storage solutions
Driving research and development in advanced cell chemistry and battery management
Coaching, mentoring, and guiding your team through project execution
Managing Shared Engineering Centre (SEC) operations across projects
ME/MTech degree in electrical/electronic/automotive or chemistry applied to batteries
Experience or understanding of energy storage system design and development
Knowledge of Lithium-Ion chemistry and train systems
Familiarity with domain modelling tools and product life cycle management tools
A project management certification (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
