Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform climate-focused analyses: Carbon Emissions Tracking, Footprint Assessments, LCAs, Climate Modeling, etc.
Develop science-based decarbonization and emissions reduction strategies
Support ESG initiatives and advisory for portfolio companies and investment managers
Contribute to ESG product innovation and improvement
Ensure compliance with global ESG frameworks and evolving market expectations
Provide climate-related insights aligned with SBTi and ISO standards

Skills & Qualifications:

Master's in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
Certifications in climate risk/ISO (e.g., ISO 14064/14044) preferred
Proven experience in climate change advisory, ESG consulting, or sustainability strategy
Knowledge of ESG frameworks: SASB, GRI, TCFD, UN PRI, CSRD/NFRD, SFDR
Technical proficiency in LCA, SBTi, GHG reporting, and decarbonization modeling
Data analysis and reporting skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
MS Office proficiency; programming knowledge is a plus
For Senior roles: Leadership, product/process management, and team oversight experience required
