Job Description
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision and strategy for our Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and design tailored Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from initial planning to final deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall development process.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, incorporating them into our solution designs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure the security and data integrity of Salesforce implementations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Document and communicate technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth user experience and addressing any technical issues.
Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- All major Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce governance, security, and data management practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
