Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP ECC and S/4 HANA projects, including implementation, support, and rollout.
- Understand business processes and provide SAP solutions accordingly.
- Work on support engagements, manage priority tickets, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Identify root causes of issues and contribute to competency building.
- Coordinate with technical teams on custom objects and interact with customers to understand requirements.
- Manage project activities and facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams, demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements and deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as an owner of IT/SAP solutions and drive end-to-end project management.
Qualifications
- University degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, with a focus on implementations and support.
- Highly experienced in SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
- Proven understanding of Supply Chain and Financial processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration (Greenfield and Brownfield) and fit-to-standard approach.
- Managed at least 5 full-life-cycle SAP projects, preferably in S/4HANA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects with SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
- Outstanding knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with SAP PM Activate certification.
- Confirmed project management skills and experience with new technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
