Job Description
As an ESaaS - SAP - Functional - OTC - SD professional, you will play a vital role in managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery. Your expertise will be utilized in understanding client requirements, writing Functional Specification documents, and providing technical support. With your SAP Certification and Domain experience, you will contribute to competency building and coordinate with the technical team on custom objects. Your strong communication and analytical skills will be an asset in interacting with customers and proposing effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own technical development and delivery aspects
- Understand client requirements and create Functional Specification documents
- Act as an individual contributor and lead client-facing roles
- Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support
- Multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
- Interact with customers, understand their needs, and propose solutions
- Work on support engagement, manage priority-based tickets, and ensure SLA compliance
- Contribute to competency building and coordinate with the technical team
- Identify RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and contribute to process improvement
- Provide post-go-live support and generate daily status reports
Qualifications
- 11-15 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support, and rollout projects
- In-depth knowledge of SD functional module and cross-functional applications
- Experience with FI, LE, MM, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS, and PS modules
- Proficiency in Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), testing, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of SAP ASAP/Activate methodology and SD configuration
- Expertise in pricing procedures, special business processes, and SD module issues
- Excellent understanding of SD concepts and master data
- Experience in identifying GAPs, business requirements, and blue printing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- SAP Certification and Domain experience is preferred
