Job Description

A senior-level PL/SQL Expert specializing in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and Oracle APIs. You will design, optimize, and maintain the backend core database architecture supporting Oracle Order Management, Service Contracts, and Oracle iStore. Your main focus will be writing high-performance code and building clean API integrations to handle complex transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

Backend Development: Write, optimize, and maintain advanced PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers, and functions within Oracle EBS R12.

  • API Integration: Extensively utilize and customize Oracle Standard Public APIs (e.g., Order Import API, Pricing API, Customer API) to integrate custom web applications and iStore with backend modules.
  • O2C Lifecycle Support: Own the technical processing of the complete Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring data integrity from online order capture down to invoicing and service contract generation.
  • Data Modeling & TCA: Work deeply with Oracle's Trading Community Architecture (TCA) schema to manage and manipulate party, account, and relationship data.
  • Performance Tuning: Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous SQL/PL/SQL tuning (using TKPROF, Explain Plan) to maximize system throughput.

Qualifications

Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processing and extensive experience developing/consuming Oracle EBS Core APIs.

  • Core Technical Skills: Expert-level PL/SQL, advanced SQL, database design, and performance tuning tools.
  • Module Expertise: Deep database-level knowledge of Oracle R12 Order Management (OM), Service Contracts, Accounts Receivable (AR), and TCA.
  • Experience: 8+ years of core Oracle PL/SQL development experience in a high-volume enterprise environment.
