ERPNEXT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT LEAD

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Technical Consultant Lead with 7–10 years of expertise in ERPNext and Frappe Framework development. The candidate will be responsible for leading ERPNext technical implementations, designing scalable custom solutions, managing integrations, mentoring technical teams, and delivering high-quality ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ERPNext technical implementation and customization projects 

Design, develop, and maintain custom ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework 

Develop custom modules, DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports, print formats, and dashboards 

Manage integration of ERPNext with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and external systems 

Customize ERPNext functionalities based on client business processes and operational requirements 

Lead backend development using Python, MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs 

Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side processes 

Handle deployment, migration, upgrades, and maintenance of ERPNext environments 

Configure and manage ERPNext multi-company, role-based access, permissions, and workflows 

Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements 

Conduct code reviews, technical troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the ERPNext team

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and project timelines 

Provide technical support during implementation, rollout, and post-production phases

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework development 

Expertise in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jinja, and SQL/MariaDB 

Experience in developing Custom Apps, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, and REST API integrations 

Strong knowledge of ERPNext architecture, Bench management, and deployment processes 

Experience with Linux server administration, Docker, Git, and cloud hosting environments 

Knowledge of ERPNext modules such as Accounts, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Projects 

Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, automation, and customization in ERPNext 

Experience in API integration, webhook handling, and third-party system connectivity 

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills 

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is an added advantage 

Preferred Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent 

ERPNext / Frappe Certification (preferred) 

Experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or service industries is an advantage
