We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERPNext Technical Consultant to manage ERPNext implementation, customization, integration, and technical support activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and provide effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ERPNext implementation, customization, and deployment.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Customize modules, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in ERPNext.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework.
- Manage API integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users.
- Perform database management, backup, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with functional teams, HR, Finance, and Operations for requirement gathering.
- Conduct testing, user training, and documentation.
- Ensure system security, performance, and data accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERPNext and Frappe Framework
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Understanding of ERP modules mainly Manufacturing and other such as HR, Payroll, Accounts, CRM, Inventory.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Linux server management and cloud deployment is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERPNext development or consulting.
- Experience in ERP implementation and client handling.
- Certification or hands-on experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage.

- Experience in handling end-user training and post-implementation support.
