Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERPNext Functional Consultant located in Bengaluru South. The ERPNext Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and implementing solutions using the ERPNext platform. Key tasks include configuring ERPNext modules to meet client needs, providing end-user training, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams for customized solutions. The role will also involve conducting system testing and ensuring smooth deployment of the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERPNext configuration, functional implementation, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Experience in user training, documentation, and end-to-end ERP system implementations
• Knowledge of business processes such as inventory management, accounting, sales, and procurement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to work independently in an on-site and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms is an advantage
