Role Overview
We are hiring an ERPNext Functional Consultant who will configure the system and ensure business processes are correctly mapped into ERPNext. The role requires hands-on configuration, user training and documentation ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Configure ERPNext modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR).
- Define workflows, approval processes, and user roles.
- Prepare masters: Items, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts.
- Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and training material.
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Support UAT and resolve functional issues.
- Assist data migration.
- Coordinate between client users and the development team.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting flow (Order Invoice Payment).
- Inventory and stock movement understanding.
- Good documentation and communication ability.
- Experience in ERP configuration.
- Exposure to wireframe tools such as Figma.
Additional Skills
- Experience in ERPNext is a must for at least 1 year .
