ERPNext Consultant -
Location : Mumbai - Immediate Joinee preferred
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure successful implementation of systems and processes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, user stories, and process workflows.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving functional issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-4+ years of experience working as ERPnext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / Functional Lead.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.
- Experience working on ERPNext system implementation or transformation projects.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in documentation, workflow mapping, and functional design.
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERPNext / CRM / enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools.
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles.
