About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to provide technical consulting services, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, customization and optimization of the platform for our clients to meet business requirements. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with client and functional team to understand the business process and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design an end-to-end solution that aligns with business requirements and is scalable.
- Deliver good user experience by ensuring no bottlenecks on performance
- Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet specific business requirements, including Finance, Commece and Supply Chain and system integration needs.
- Implement best practices for the team.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 F&O wherever required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide support during and after the system implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 10-14 years of experience in technical role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform
- Good understanding of configuring and customizing D365 F&O application to meet specific business requirements
- Experience in overall data modelling
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of F&O, such as Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of Out of the Box features of F&O in mapping business requirements
- Experience in working on SQL server
- End to end solution design to ensure solution meets business requirements and is scalable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Licenses, cloud architecture
- Well versed with integration technologies and good understanding on handling integrations in D365 with other business applications
- Experience in system integration and data migration in the context of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Good experience on solutioning, performing feasibility studies.
- Experience in setting best practices, managing technical tasks of the team, performing reviews.
- Perform code reviews
- Experience in technical documentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience in ensuring performance is optimized
- Good understanding of designing and implementing security in D365
- Experience in setting best practices, reviewing technical tasks of the team
