ERP Technical Advisor 6to8Yrs

Description/Responsibilities:

. This is a critical role within the Oracle BRM automation development team as the integrity of our billing systems depends upon accurate and consistent billing to Dell Services to clients. This role requires a detailed oriented candidate with a strong background in automation development and also SQL , unix shell scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with executing data quality validations and utilizing reporting systems. The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Duties include:

. Should have hands-on experience in Oracle billing system (BRM)

. Should have good SQL knowledge and Unix shell scripting.

. Perform data validation checks by developing automation scripts.

. Respond to questions and data quality issues raised by different teams.

. Initiate resolution to data issues & incidents and follow-up to ensure completion of tasks needed to resolve problems

. Maintain process and training documentation to help build our data quality knowledgebase

. Communicate to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualification:

. Graduate with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle BRM & SQL , UNIX shell scripting .

. Candidate must have development knowledge of any language (C++/Java/C#)

. Should have experience in handling large, complex volumes of data.

. Working knowledge or understanding of relational database .

. Excellent communication skills.

. Prepare, execute and deliver accurate reports within SLAs.

. Problem-solving and logical troubleshooting ability

. Ability to work under minimal supervision

. Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Technical Skills (required):

. Familiarity with Oracle BRM functionalities

. Must have development knowledge of any language (C++/Java/C#)

. Proficient UNIX, SQL query experience preferred

. Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders - Global stakeholder experience preferred
