About the Company

The bank has partnered with Flexiple to hire an ERP Support Analyst for its finance operations centre, where every configuration change goes through a formal approval trail. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As ERP Support Analyst, you will resolve finance and procurement tickets while working within a strict change-control process.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Support & Troubleshooting

• Triage and resolve day-to-day ERP tickets across finance, procurement, and inventory modules
• Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and master data within the ERP without custom code
• Coordinate with functional owners to test and roll out patches and module updates

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards for business users
• Document recurring issues and turn them into self-serve knowledge-base articles
• Flag process gaps to the ERP lead and help scope small enhancement requests

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years supporting an ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, or a comparable system) in a live production environment
• Working knowledge of at least one core module — finance, procurement, or supply chain
• Able to translate a business user's complaint into a precise, reproducible ticket
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• A relevant ERP module certification
• Exposure to a prior ERP version upgrade or module rollout
