Sales Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for ERP solutions, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, deal closure, and handover to delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, positioning Azentio's ERP solutions as the preferred choice.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Provide accurate forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Collaboration and Solutioning:
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals.
- Identify and nurture opportunities through direct engagement, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to capability-building within the function.
Market Insight and Industry Leadership:
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the ERP landscape.
- Represent Azentio as a thought leader in ERP across APAC/MENA/India regions.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on ERP products (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
- Exposure to SaaS or cloud ERP platforms.
- Existing CxO network across the region.
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
