About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers who are interested in building a successful career in ERP Software Sales. This is an excellent opportunity to learn enterprise software sales under the guidance of experienced Sales Managers and gain exposure to business processes across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in generating and following up on leads.
  • Understand customer business requirements and ERP software solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, software demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Learn consultative selling techniques and ERP business processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BMS, BBA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in software, technology, and business solutions.
