Job Title: ERP Senior Analyst

Experience: 10-15+ years

Description: POSITION OVERVIEW : SCM SME Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Leadership

Act as the primary SCM functional expert for modules such as:

Inventory (INV)

Purchasing (PO)

Order Management (OM)

Advanced Pricing

iProcurement

Lead solution design workshops and gather business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications (FSDs).

2. India Localization Expertise

Drive implementation of India-specific localization features in Oracle:

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

Localization for Receivables and Payables

Ensure compliance with Indian statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Work with Oracles India Localization module (often called Oracle Financials for India / India Localization).

3. Solution Design & Configuration

Configure SCM modules in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 based on business requirements.

Define:

Item setups

Inventory organizations

Procurement workflows

Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles

Ensure integration with Finance modules (AP, AR, GL).

4. Stakeholder Management

Act as the bridge between:

Business users

Technical teams

Project management

Conduct workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and user demos.

Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders.

5. Project Delivery

Lead end-to-end implementation phases:

Requirement gathering

Design

Build & configuration

Testing (SIT, UAT)

Go-live & hypercare

Ensure deliverables meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.
